We have developed countless logos for companies, most of which are growing and developing successfully. The process of developing the style of the company in front of customers and partners has a great impact. And basically, it depends on the logo!
The logo or logo (from Greek- 'name' and - 'imprint'), in Latvian, is also a trademark. It is a graphic symbol or sign that allows you to detach the services or goods offered by one company from others (from competitors). The logo is the most important element of the corporate style! It plays a major role in recognizing the products or services.

We Go Into Details
We focus on the essence of the company, the mindset of the target audience and also the psychological aspects of form and colour.
The example above was ethnologically interesting, because the customer wanted the logo for the exclusive meat production from Vidzeme, fully Latvian, with a historical and emotional message. And then we got the idea of comparing it with Latvian writings.

Sketching Ideas
In this case, we came to the conclusion that the shape of the logo resembles one of the characters of Mārtiņš's Latvian letters, because there, like the name "Martas Gardumi", will appear the letter "M". Another idea was to include "Jumis" traditional sign as a symbol of fertility so that economic activity will grow but we definitely did not want to emphasise "Jumi" sign because the logo had to be completely new and unique! So it's some way hidden inside the logo...
Variations. Letter Styles. Repeated Edits.
It also came to the end that we were working not on the creation of a logo but on the creation of a new Latvian character, which will serve as a trademark of Marta`s Delicacy.
Transfer of sketches to mathematical exact forms in layouts, matching, re-edits and re-alignment, then the choice of font style and symbolism, as well as many features until the true form comes.
Colours and Psychology
And, of course, the choice of colour ... The product, the ethnic and the psychological aspects were taken into account, and ultimately, there was no need to look a little - a slightly modified purple tone so that it did not completely repeat the flag tones, but, nevertheless, it looked like the real tone.
The Final Result
The result is a new Latvian symbol that serves as a logo. It has both the emphasised "M" form and hidden "Jumis" fertility behind. Logo with an old message - strong and Latvian - as a customer ordered.
At the end, of course, logo design options from monochrome to full colour with effects. And prepared production files are uploaded with all variants and is given to a customer so that the client can apply them in various ways. Defined proportions, defined colours and result!
